Fossil Bay Resort - Oceanfront Cottages - affordable rate, low special rates

minimum stay: We usually require a minimum stay of two nights, on holiday weekends and over Christmas/New Year we have a three night minimum. One night stays, or at holiday times two night stays are possible, when there are spaces in between reservations.
2 person maximum: The cottages are designed for a maximum of 2 persons. Only registered guests are allowed in the cottages and on the property.
adult oriented: The cottages are very close to the edge of a cliff and are not suitable for children.
rates: The rate for a cottage is CAN $ 230.00 per night for two persons plus 8 % Hotel Room Tax and 5% GST.
Our special rate during peak season (July, August, September) for stays longer than one night is CAN $ 198.00 per night plus taxes.
Our special rate from October 1st to June 30th for stays longer than one night is CAN $ 189.00 per night plus taxes.
Starting October 1st until March 31st (except for the Christmas Season) we offer a low special rate for midweek stays (Monday to Thursday) longer than two nights of CAN $ 179.00 per night plus taxes.
The special rate for weekly stays (7 nights and longer) is CAN $ 179.00 per night plus taxes.
deposit: To reserve a cottage we require a 1 night deposit for stays up to 3 nights, for stays of 4 nights and longer the deposit is 50% of the total amount. The deposit of 1 night can be paid per credit card or cheque, for longer stays the deposit is payable per cheque only. Our mailing address is:

cancellation policy: Our cancellation policy is 21 days prior to arrival for refund of the deposit, although a service fee of $ 25.00 is applied on such cancellations. For cancellations later than 21 days prior to arrival, the deposit will be not refunded. The balance of the full amount is payable at check in.
check in - check out time: Check in time is between 3.00 p.m. and 7.00 p.m. Check out time before 11 am.
non smoking: All cottages are non smoking. Smoking is permitted only on the sundecks.
