Regular and Special Rates
The rates listed below are the total cost for a cottage (1 or 2 people) for
one night before taxes in Canadian Dollars.
To these rates is added the 12% HST (Harmonized Sales Tax).

Minimum Stay
We usually require a minimum stay of two nights, on holiday weekends
and over Christmas and New Years we have a three night minimum. One night stays,
or two night stays at holidays, are possible when there are spaces
in between reservations or when vacancies are expected. We take
reservations for one night stays during busy times usually on short notice, but please
inquire if you have a certain date in mind.
2 Person Maximum
The cottages are designed for a maximum of 2 persons. Only registered
guests are allowed in the cottages and on the property. All cottages
provide a king size bed and we are not able to provide a cot. There is
however enough room if you want to bring a travel bed.
Adult Oriented
The cottages are very close to the edge of a cliff. Because of the potentially
dangerous location children cannot be allowed in the cottages. Infants are
welcome as long as they are not yet able to walk.
Deposit and Payment of Balance
To reserve a cottage we require a 1 night deposit for stays up to 3 nights,
for stays of 4 nights and longer the deposit is 50% of the total amount. The
deposit of 1 night can be paid by VISA card, Master Card or check. The
deposit for longer stays is payable per check only. Our mailing address is:

The balance of the invoice is due at check in. We accept for this
payment VISA card, Master Card, Interac, personal checks, traveler
checks or cash.
Cancellation Policy
Our cancellation policy is 21 days prior to arrival for refund of the
deposit, although a service fee of $ 25.00 is applied on such
cancellations. For cancellations later than 21 days prior to arrival,
the deposit will be not refunded.
Check In - Check Out Time
Check in time is between 3.00 p.m. and 7.00 p.m. Please call if you wish to check
in later. Check out time is before 11 am.
Non Smoking
All cottages are non smoking. Smoking is permitted only on the sundecks.
