There are no stores in Shirley and Jordan River. You have to do all your shopping in Sooke on the way to Fossil Bay Resort.

The main grocery stores in Sooke are the Sooke Village Food Markets and Western Food, both right in the center of Sooke.

The grocery stores in Sooke offer seafood, but there is also a small seafood store offering local fish and shellfish: Cooper's Cove Oyster Farm is located at 6377 Bellvista Place - coming from Victoria turn left at the first traffic light in Sooke, which is just after you cross the Sooke River.

Delicious hot smoked salmon and salmon candy are available from EFishEntFish at 1941 Goodridge in Saseenos. Coming from Victoria you drive down a hill where you first see the Sooke Basin. 1 km after the end of the hill you turn left at a traffic light for fire trucks - just before you come to Sunny Shores Marina. Be aware that hot smoked salmon is a very different product than the usual cold smoked salmon.
