BC Ferries (Tsawwassen - Swartz Bay) or Washington State Ferries (Anacortes
- Sidney) terminals take Highway 17 towards Victoria.
Shortly before Victoria turn right on Mackenzie Street - follow the directions to Highway 1
(Nanaimo). Go Highway 1 for approximately 3 km (2 mi.) northwards (towards
Nanaimo) until you come to the View Royal/Colwood turnoff - Exit 10 (Highway 14 = Sooke Road up
to Sooke and West Coast Road past Sooke).
Stay on Highway 14 until you see our sign - about 25 km (15 mi.) past Sooke -
5 km (3 mi.) past French Beach Provincial Park - 5 km (3 mi.) before Jordan River.
Travel time from the Swartz Bay ferry terminal to Fossil Bay Resort is about 1 1/2 hours.
